Thermally conductive and electrically insulating silicone material for heat interfaces SARCON® PG25A with high thermal conductivity. It is an extremely malleable and compressible putty type supplied in thicknesses 1.0-5.0 mm and size 200x300 mm.
Surface consistency is excellent for filling small air gaps and unevenness, which reliably draws together the various shapes and dimensions of the components and thus also provides good heat transfer even with less pressure. The quality of electrical insulation depends on the pressure and the resulting thickness of the material.
