1) Data Controller

Data Controller of your personal data and therefore the subject of the processing of your personal data is Semic Trade, s.r.o., with its registered office at Volutova 2521/18, Prague 5, ID: 25070185, VAT No.: CZ25070185, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, mark C.47008 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Data Controller").

2) Obtaining information on processing of personal data

The administrator does not have a person called a commissioner. The Data Controller can be contacted at the email address: privacy@semic.cz or by sending a letter to the address of the Data Controller's office.

3) Overview of processed personal data

The Data Controller is processing within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the General Regulation on the protection of personal data) only the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

4) Obtaining personal data and the purpose of processing

The above personal data must be processed for:

(a) Registering the user in the ordering system and securing the user's service, including submitting the product offer and making orders (which is in accordance with Article 6, par.1b of the GDPR)

b) Ordering and other performance of the contract if there is a purchase agreement between you and the seller (which is in accordance with Article 6, par.1b) of the GDPR)

(c) Handling complaints and claims (in accordance with Article 6, par.1c) of the GDPR)

(d) The resolution of legitimate interests in connection with a contract of insurance (which is in accordance with Article 6, par.1f) GDPR)

(e) Archiving purposes (which is in accordance with Article 6, par.1c) of the GDPR)

f) Statistical purposes (which is in accordance with Article 6, par.1f) of the GDPR), where the legitimate purpose of the trustee is ownership of information about our activity statistics, which enables us to improve our activities.

g) Additionally, we require legislation to process your data for tax and accounting purposes.

5) Retention periods of your personal data

The storage and processing of personal data is for a period of 10 years after the last part of the performance of the contract has been executed, unless otherwise required by the law to keep the contractual documentation longer. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6, par.1c) and par.1f) Regulation - the processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

In the case of data processing based on consent until the date of its withdrawal.

In the case of processing of data based on the authorized purpose of the trustee until the time of the objection.

6) Sending news and business announcements

The e-mail address or the phone number may be sent news and other business messages to the buyer. This procedure allows §7, par.3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On information society services, if the buyer does not refuse it. These messages can be unsubscribed at any time by any means - such as sending an email or clicking on a link in a business message.

7) Email questionnaires

We sometimes find your satisfaction with the purchase via e-mail questionnaires. We can send you when you buy in us if within the meaning of §7, par.3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. about some information society services, you will not reject them. The processing of personal data for the purpose of submitting the questionnaires is based on our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with the purchase in our country. Your personal information is not transmitted to any third party for its own purposes when sending email. You can oppose the sending of email questionnaires at any time by rejecting additional questionnaires via a link in the questionnaire email. In case of your objection, we will not send you the questionnaire again.

8) Data recipients

Your personal data is shared within our Semic Trade, s.r.o .. Your personal data may be further provided to third parties to the extent necessary. These are the following categories of recipients:

a) Our suppliers to provide logistics (delivery of goods and services) - fulfillment of the contract.

b) Our partners to provide campaigns, training, registration, complaints and feedback to improve our products and services - a legitimate interest (improvement of goods and services).

c) Audit companies - performance of legal obligations.

d) IT companies - based on a legitimate interest. IT outsourcing and eventual access to personal data within a framework management of IT systems.

e) Suppliers (Producers) of IT Products - As part of the reporting, information (personal data) is passed on to our suppliers about our business partners.

f) State administration bodies - tax offices, health insurance companies, social insurance companies, courts, bailiffs and the like, on the basis of legal obligations.

g) payment service providers or insurance companies with a view to executing orders (these entities are required to maintain confidentiality about the client's data provided).

Any entity / third party that we pass on your personal data for the above purpose (unless it is a legal obligation) will be bound by a contract that provides, inter alia, for:

Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

- cancel at any time the sending of business communications,

- to object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest of the data controller,

- ask us for information about how we process your personal data,

- request access to these data with us and update or repair these data, or request processing restrictions,

- require us to erase this personal information. We will remove this if it does not conflict with the applicable laws or legitimate interests of the data controller,

- the portability of data in the case of automated processing under consent or performance of the contract,

- require a copy of the processed personal data,

- Effective legal protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been breached as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation,

- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

11) Links to other websites

The seller's online store may contain links to other sites that will be useful to the client and will provide information. The Company is not responsible for the content of this website and the privacy policy. The client must be aware of the differences between these websites and the seller's online store and always check the policy of the websites that are visited through the link.
